This is achieved from the onset of services, through a thorough record review, a comprehensive assessment process that includes indirect interviews with family and stakeholders, which leads to the development of individualized and meaningful goals for treatment. Data is continuously monitored, and modifications are consistently made to ensure that each individual makes progress that is generalized across all environments. OUR TEAM

Kristen Olbrych
M.S., BCBA, LBA (CT, NY)
Kristen Olbrych earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Western Connecticut State University in 2012. Shortly after, she began her career as an ABA Therapist, where she quickly recognized the meaningful impact she was making in the lives of the individuals she served. Driven by her passion for the field, Kristen pursued her Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis, which she completed in 2016. Since then, she has been a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Kristen’s professional experience spans diverse settings, including schools, homes, clinics, and community environments. She has worked with individuals from infancy through 16 years of age, representing a wide range of cultural backgrounds. Throughout her career, Kristen has supported clients exhibiting various maladaptive behaviors and has conducted comprehensive skills assessments to inform and guide individualized treatment goals and objectives.
In addition to her clinical work, Kristen has extensive experience in parent and family training. She is passionate about empowering families to better understand their child’s unique strengths and challenges, fostering collaboration to support meaningful progress.
Outside of her professional role, Kristen enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. She has a love for the outdoors, cooking, and exploring new places.

Morgan D’Andrea
Registered Behavior Technician
Morgan has been a valuable team member to SMART Behavioral Health Services, LLC since September 2023. Morgan earned her Bachelors of Science in Speech and Hearing Sciences from Arizona State University. Upon the completion of her undergraduate degree in 2024, Morgan returned to school with the intention of becoming a behavior analyst. Morgan will graduate with her M.A. in Special Education (ABA) from Arizona State University in 2026.
Throughout her studies, Morgan has found a specific interests in behavioral neuroscience and Autism Spectrum Disorder. Specifically, how ASD adapts and affects an individual throughout a lifespan and the role speech and language play in an individual’s development. Morgan began working in Rhode Island as a 1:1 in a clinical setting in 2022. After returning to Connecticut, she joined the SMART team in 2023.
Morgan has experience working with children between the ages of 18 months and 13 years. When Morgan is not working or studying, she can be found at the beach with her goldendoodle, Maple or in the mountains of Vermont.
